Terms of Use

Long, confusing, very leagal-ish Terms of Service are the worst, so we've worked hard to make this as clear and simple as possible. With that said, please take the time to read these Terms of Service as they govern your use of Chatter; you also agree to these terms when you sign up!


Acceptable Use

At Chatter, we're firm believers in 100% unabolished free speech; however we also understand that complete lawlessness doesn't really work on the internet. The following guidelines have been created in order to keep our community non-toxic and safe for all users.

The following items are prohibited on Chatter, and may lead to the limitation or closure of your account:

  1. 1. Using hateful speech in a derogatory manner towards any other member, person or group of people.
  2. 2. Posting defamatory, threatening, unlawful content or any content that threatens a person or group.
  3. 3. "Doxing" or exposing the personal information of any member where the member has not shared this information publicly on their own accord.
  4. 4. Exploiting known and/or unknown vulnerabilities in the Chatter.cx platform for any reason, including attempting to charge back on any payments made via Chatter.cx or its affiliates.
  5. 5. Posting obvious advertisements without purchasing an advertising spot.
  6. 6. Impersonating Chatter.cx Staff in any capacity.
  7. 7. Mass-registering (aka hoarding) accounts. Inactive accounts may be periodically pruned/deleted to allow for new registrations by actual users. You will not receive warning if your account is on the list to be pruned, so please ensure that any accounts you wish to keep are kept active.

Chatter.cx Staff reserves at its sole discretion the right to limit, ban and/or delete any Chatter.cx account for any reason. If you believe that your account has been disabled in error, please contact us.



  • - Due to the nature of the transactions taking place on Chatter.cx, all sales are final.
  • - Refunds are generally not offered, however any and all refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Chatter.cx staff.
  • - Attempting to charge back on any payment transaction to Chatter.cx will result in the permanent suspension of your account and all future accounts you attempt to create.

All trademarks and copyrights found in user posed content throughout the Chatter.cx website are owned by their respective parties. Content uploaded is the responsibility of the Poster. All comments made by Chatter.cx users are owned by the Poster and do not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Chatter.cx Staff.



If you wish to launch a complant about any content posted to the Chatter.cx community by a user, please contact us. When you submit a complaint, please (1) outline the reason for your complaint (copyright or otherwise), and (2) provide a direct link to the content in question.

We may request further information from you about your complaint before we process it. We will then review the content and decide whether it complies with our Acceptable Use Standards. We will deal with any content which, in our opinion, violates our standards as described above. We will inform you of the outcome of our review within a reasonable time of receiving your complaint. In order to request the removal of copyrighted content, please provide proof that you have ownership of the copyright in question.

Chatter.cx reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms shall be posted on this website immediately.
